Just push the door and get in the crazy atmosphere of the Golden Twenties in the cocktail bar Monsieur Cadet. A new spot with a theatrical decor, a nod to the chic and fashionable Madeleine Castaing with upholstered velvet benches, brass Art Deco shelves, aged mirrors, mother-of-pearl chandeliers and opaline balls that bring warmth and soul to the place.
Bathed in light, the counter of the bar Monsieur Cadet opens under a glass window stitched with wood trellis and flowering to the roofs. A unique atmosphere inviting the hotel's clientele and the public to enjoy a cocktail menu from 5 pm until late in the evening.
To the controllers, Kevin Ligot (Mixomania), head bartender consultant who took his first steps in Monte-Carlo, Courchevel and Paris.
As for the hotel Monsieur Cadet, it was inspired by the energy that reigns in this wonderful street furnished with fine shops.
On the menu, four signature cocktails, made in all simplicity, combining sweet and savory flavors with leguminous accents, arrangements of cognac and absinthe with radish and beetroot, a mixture of aquavit cédrat, single malt whiskey, celery and wild fennel.
The menu "Marché Chic" is inspired by the vegetable garden and the seasonality.
All the classics are provided, from aperitif to digestive to organic teas.
